Are Cevar houses ready for occupancy?

Cevar houses are custom built. We construct your house according to your specifications: location, lot area, house model, floor area, floor plan, etc. Average construction period is five (5) months.

How long does house construction take?

A 2-storey house normally takes five (5) months to construct.

What are the terms of payment for a house and lot package?

If you pay the total contract price spot cash, we give five (5%) percent discount; For Pag-Ibig loans, we require a minimum of twenty (20%) percent equity; For Bank loans, we require a minimum of thirty (30%) percent equity. The balance shall be financed by your chosen bank or by PAG-IBIG for up to 25 years.

What are the documentary requirements in the application of a bank loan?

If locally employed: -latest Income Tax Return and /or Form 2316 -Certificate of Employment with Salary or latest full month payslip If employed abroad: -latest crew contract (for seamen) -Employment contract duly authenticated by Philippine Consulate (for nurse/contract workers) -Proof of remittance or allotment slips or payslips for the past three (3) months If you have your own business: -Income Tax Return for the last two (2) years -Financial Statements for the past two (2) years (Audited and, if applicable, In-House) Any of the following: -Certificate of Business Registration with Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) -Copy of SEC Registration/Articles of Incorporation/By-laws (for corporate business) -Copy of SEC Registration/Articles of Partnership (for partnership) -Statement of Account or Photocopy of Passbook for the past six (6) months -List of major suppliers and customers with contact information (at least three (3) -Business Background / Company Profile (if applicable) Others: -Marriage contract -Valid ID -Appraisal Fee

When do I start paying my monthly amortizations at the bank?

One month after the Occupancy Permit has been issued by the City Building Administration Office (CBAO).

I have my own titled lot. Can Cevar construct my house?

Yes. We also do house construction only. First, we will survey your lot so we can map out a site development plan and be able to assess the total costs of your house construction.

May I purchase a lot only from Cevar?

Yes, you may. Cevar has many lots for sale in its inventory.

Are there freebies you give to your clients?

Yes. We give free chandelier for the living room and landscaping of your front lawn.

May I make a reservation on a lot that I will choose to build on?

Yes, you may. Minimum reservation fee is P50,000.00. It is valid for one (1) month and is deductible to your down payment.
